Hello Ladies of Life
As John told his friend Gaius in a letter, I am also telling you that I pray that you may enjoy good health. (3 John 1:1-2 NIV) With that being said, there are some important things as women that we need to do to stay healthy. October was breast cancer awareness month,but our awareness should not stop just because the month has passed.
I just wanted to remind you ladies to save the tata’s and perform your monthly self breast exams. If you are unsure of how to do one, I will give you a diagram that you can hang in your bathroom or shower stall. It only takes a few minutes to save your life, so ladies please use the wisdom that God gave us to stay healthy.

Also flu season has already started. If you are not allergic to eggs, please go and get your flu shot. It’s not only for you, but it’s to help protect your family, co-workers and random people you see in the grocery store, offices, ect. Babies 6 months and older, pregnant women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester, over the age of 60, anyone that has immune system issues, or if you work around young children or in a doctor’s office, it’s recommended to get a flu shot. Other ways to prevent the flu are proper hand washing, covering your mouth after sneezing and coughing, and routine check ups. There are many places where they are offering flu shots from $10-$25 dollars.
